Ingredients

1 cup Almond Flour
½ cup Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
½ cup Honey (or maple syrup)
2 large Eggs (room temperature)
¼ cup Melted Butter or Coconut Oil
2 tbsp Brewed MOAS Date Coffee (brew strong and cool)
½ tsp Baking Soda
Pinch (⅛ tsp) Salt

Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8x8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.

Brew the MOAS Date Coffee and let it cool completely.

In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, honey (or maple syrup), melted butter or coconut oil, and cooled brewed MOAS Date Coffee.

In a separate bowl, whisk together the almond flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt.

Gently mix the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just combined.

Pour the batter into the prepared pan and spread evenly.

Bake for 20–25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with moist crumbs.
