Step 1: Measure
To prepare 3 small cups, boil 180ml of water in a Raqwa.
Add 21g of date coffee (adjust to taste).
Step 2: Stir and heat
Stir gently, then place over low heat. Watch as a beautiful foam begins to form.
Step 3: Lift and serve
Just as the foam rises to the brim, remove from heat to preserve its delicate richness.

The Filter Experience
Step 1: Measure
Use 21 g of date seed coffee per 240 mL of water (US standard measuring cup).
Step 2: Brew
Dripper: Pour hot water slowly over grounds.
French press: Add hot water, stir, and steep for 4 to 5 minutes before plunging.
Moka pot: Fill base with water just below the valve, add grounds to basket, and brew on the stove until finished.
Step 3: Enjoy
The final Pour is ready. It can be savored warm or cold.
