Raqwa Brewing Method

Step 1: Measure

To prepare two small cups, boil 180ml of water in a Raqwa.

Add 21g of date coffee (adjust to taste).

Step 2: Stir and heat

Stir gently, then place over medium heat.

Watch as a beautiful foam begins to form.

Step 3: Lift and serve

Just as the foam rises to the brim, remove from heat to preserve its delicate richness.

Pour and savor the goodness!
