Ingredients

240 ml Brewed MOAS Date Coffee (brewed strong and hot)
120 ml Full-Fat Coconut Milk
1–2 tbsp Coconut Cream (solid part from a chilled can)
½ tsp Cinnamon
10 ml Coconut flavor/extract
Optional: 1 tsp – 1 tbsp Maple Syrup or Honey (sweeten to taste)

Instructions

Brew the MOAS Date Coffee strongly and keep it hot.

Combine the hot brewed MOAS Date Coffee, coconut milk, coconut cream, cinnamon, and sweetener (if using) in a high-speed blender.

Blend on high for 30–60 seconds until the mixture is fully emulsified and frothy.

Serve immediately and warm.
