Ingredients

1 cup (200g) Pitted Dates (Medjool recommended)
½ cup Almonds (raw or toasted)
2 tbsp Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
1 tbsp MOAS Date Coffee (powder)
1 tbsp Almond Butter (for binding)

Instructions

Place almonds, cocoa powder, and MOAS Date Coffee powder into a food processor. Pulse until the almonds are finely chopped.

Add the pitted dates (soak and drain them if dry). Process until a sticky dough forms.

Roll the dough into small, bite-sized balls (about 1-inch each).

Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to firm up before serving.
