Chill the Glass: Fill a coupe or martini glass with ice water to chill it while you prepare the drink.

Combine Ingredients: Pour the vodka, date seed coffee concentrate, coffee liqueur, and date syrup into a cocktail shaker.

Add Ice and Shake: Fill the shaker with ice cubes. Close tightly and shake vigorously for at least 30 seconds. This is crucial for creating the thick, creamy foam (crema) on top.

Strain: Empty the chilled glass. Double strain the mixture (using a cocktail strainer and a fine-mesh strainer) into the clean glass.

Garnish: Place the three garnish beans/seeds on top of the foam.
