Iced Date Seed Latte

Fill a glass with ice. Pour in date seed coffee, top with milk, and stir.

Ingredients

½ cup brewed date seed coffee (chilled)

½ cup milk (dairy or plant-based)

Ice cubes

Honey or sweetener (optional)

Instructions

Prepare the coffee

Brew your date seed coffee as usual (2 tsp grounds + 1 cup hot water), then let it cool to room temperature or refrigerate until chilled.

Fill the glass

Add ice cubes to your serving glass.

Pour the coffee

Fill the glass halfway with the chilled date seed coffee.

Add milk

Top with milk of your choice (oat, almond, or regular milk all work great).

Sweeten (optional)

Add honey or any preferred sweetener, then stir well.

Serve cold
