Ingredients

1 cup Rolled Oats (old-fashioned)
1 cup (200g) Pitted Dates (Medjool recommended)
½ cup Peanut Butter
¼ cup Honey (or maple syrup)
1 tbsp MOAS Date Coffee (powder)

Instructions

In a food processor, pulse the oats until they resemble a coarse flour.

Add the pitted dates, peanut butter, honey (or maple syrup), and MOAS Date Coffee powder.

Process until a thick, sticky dough forms and the mixture holds together when pressed.

Line an 8x8-inch pan with parchment paper and press the mixture firmly and evenly into the bottom.

Refrigerate for at least 2 hours to set.

Slice into bars and serve.
