Ingredients

Dark Rum: 60 ml
Date Seed Cold Brew Concentrate: 30 ml
Lime Juice (Freshly Squeezed): 15 ml
Ginger Beer (Chilled): To top (approx. 100-120 ml)
Garnish: Lime wheel and crystallized ginger

Instructions

Prepare Glass: Fill a tall glass (highball or collins) with ice.

Add Base: Pour in the dark rum, date seed cold brew concentrate, and fresh lime juice. Give it a quick, brief stir.

Top Off: Slowly top the drink with the chilled ginger beer.

Garnish: Add the lime wheel and a small piece of crystallized ginger to the rim or inside the glass.
