240-290 ml Oat Milk (to taste - Barista-style recommended)
240 ml Brewed MOAS Date Coffee
1 scoop Collagen Powder
½ tsp Vanilla Extract
1 tsp – 1 tbsp Honey (sweeten to taste)

Instructions

Brew the MOAS Date Coffee strongly.

Gently warm the oat milk in a saucepan or microwave.

Combine the brewed MOAS Date Coffee, warm milk, collagen powder, vanilla extract, and honey in a mug.

Use a milk frother or whisk to mix thoroughly until the collagen dissolves and a nice layer of foam forms.
